Yayso Yoga

Privacy Policy

Yayso Yoga, operated by David Gallaher's Gung Fu Institute, Inc. ("we," "us"), respects your privacy. This policy covers this first-class sign-up page and our website. Last updated September 29, 2026.

Information we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, mobile number, email address and your answers to the short questions (such as which class interests you and when you are free). We also record which ad or link brought you here. Like any website, our host receives standard technical information such as the pages requested and general device and browser data.

How we use it

To book your class, respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that host this page and run our booking and messaging tools, and only as needed to serve you.

Cookies & tracking

This page uses only the storage it needs to work, such as remembering your answers while you finish the questions. We use the Meta Pixel, an advertising measurement tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram), on this website and on our first-class sign-up page. It records page visits, which classes you look at, and when you start a purchase, call or text us, or send a form, so we can measure and improve our ads; Meta may set cookies and process this information under its own privacy policy. When you send a form, our server may also send Meta an encrypted (one-way hashed) version of your email address, phone number and name so Meta can match the sign-up to its ad; Meta cannot read them back. We never send Meta the answers or messages you type into our forms, and this matching is not used to send you text messages. You can limit ad tracking in your browser or in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Cookies are never used to collect or infer a phone number.

Communications

If you provide a phone number, we may call you about your class. You can unsubscribe from non-essential email via the link in any message.

Text messaging & mobile information

We send text messages only to people who have given us permission to do so, through the optional checkboxes on our sign-up and text messaging pages, which are unchecked by default. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text-message service.

Message frequency may vary, up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See our Terms of Service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

For kids and homeschool classes, a parent or legal guardian provides their own phone number and consent on the child's behalf.

Data security & retention

Your information is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored with providers that restrict access to authorised staff. We keep sign-up information only as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then delete it.
